I did not show up to the driver

When you order an Allocab driver, and you do not go to the departure address at the time of your reservation without cancelling your trip, charges are applied after a defined regulatory wait time.

For an immediate request (for now) :

The driver's regulatory wait before validating the passenger's no-show is as follows :

• • 5 minute regulatory wait in sedan and green range.
  • 10 minute regulatory wait in the business sedan, van and motorcycle taxi range.

For a request in advance (for later) :

• The regulatory wait for the driver is 15 minutes.

While waiting, the driver will attempt to contact you by phone.

If you do not show up, an SMS will be sent to you, confirming the departure of the driver after waiting for the regulatory minutes.
