How do I cancel my reservation? Allocab cancellation policy

You can cancel your reservation, by following the steps below:

1. Log into your account on the mobile application or www.allocab.com
2. Go to the “My bookings” tab
3. Click on the "+" located to the left of the race you want to cancel
4. Click on "see details", then on "cancel the ride"

Terms of cancelation :

Reservation in advance:

• Cancelation is free and fully refunded up to 30 minutes before the start of the race.
• All cancelations less than 30 minutes before the start of the race generates costs invoiced as follows: 
  
  • If booking in the Sedan or Green range: €16
  • When booking in the Business Sedan range: €20
  • In case of reservation in Van range: 25€
  • In case of reservation in the motorcycle taxi range: 25€
• In case of no-show of the customer or cancelation after the departure time, the total amount of the race is invoiced.

For immediate reservations:

• Any cancelation within 5min after the time of booking is free.
• In case of no-show of the customer, costs are invoiced according to the chosen range: 
  
  • If the reservation is in the Sedan or Green range: €9
  • If the reservation is in the Business Sedan range: €15
  • If the reservation is in the Van range: 20€
  • If the reservation is in the motorcycle taxi range: €25.
