If you have specific information to send to your driver, you can add it in the "additional information" section of your reservation.
- Log into your account via the mobile application or via the website
- Go to the “reservations” tab
- Click on the "+" located on the left of your reservation
- Click on “edit” in the additional information section
- Enter the message you want to send to your driver
You can also send an email to serviceclient@allocab.com if necessary.
