How do I add additional information about my trip?

If you have specific information to send to your driver, you can add it in the "additional information" section of your reservation.

1. Log into your account via the mobile application or via the website
2. Go to the “reservations” tab
3. Click on the "+" located on the left of your reservation
4. Click on “edit” in the additional information section
5. Enter the message you want to send to your driver

You can also send an email to serviceclient@allocab.com if necessary.
