What information do I have about my driver?
You will receive an SMS approximately 30 minutes before the pick up time, informing you of its arrival. You will receive a second SMS to warn you of its imminent arrival.
You will be given : your driver's phone number and vehicle details.
If you have any particular information to send him, you can now add it in the "additional information" section when making your reservation.
- Log into your account via the mobile application or via the website
- Go to the “reservations” tab
- Click on the "+" located on the left of your reservation
- Click on “edit” in the additional information section
- Enter the message you want to send to your driver
