It is possible to travel with your pet on board of the vehicle only when it is in a cage or in a transport box.

It is important to specify when making your reservation that you are traveling with your pet by leaving a comment in "Message for the driver".

The driver can cancel the trip when your pet is not in its transport cage.

However, assistance dogs are authorized to board the vehicle without being in a cage or a transport box provided that the driver is informed in advance.
