If your flight is delayed:
- If you have indicated the flight number when booking, your driver will automatically adapt to the new schedule, and you will receive an SMS with the new adjusted schedule.
- If the flight number is not indicated, we invite you to cancel your reservation and make a new one with the new schedule to avoid any inconvenience.
- If your flight is cancelled: we remind you that it is necessary to cancel your reservation to avoid cancellation fees.
How to cancel your reservation?
• Go to your account from the mobile app (on Iphone or Android) or www.allocab.com .
• Choose the "Reservations" section;
• Select the reservation;
• Click on "view details";
• Then "cancel my reservation".
