If your bank card does not work, we invite you to remove it from your account and then add it again:
- From your account on the mobile application or your computer, click on "Payment";
- Delete the bank card concerned by clicking on "Delete from my account";
- Then add your new bank card:
- Click on the "+" on the right of your mobile screen or on "Add a card" from your computer.
