Allocab chose the Adyen online payment solution. Safe, reliable and secure, this payment solution allows you to make your payments with complete peace of mind.
The Adyen platform is a solution that directly links Allocab to Visa, Mastercard and all the other most popular international payment methods.
Since August 2017, all new means of payment (bank cards) that will be registered on the Allocab website or mobile application will be via Adyen.
To register your bank card or add another card, all you need to do is:
- From the mobile application, click on "Payment", then on the "+" at the top right of the screen and indicate the credit card number, the expiry date, the CVC/CCV (verification number card) and the name on the card.
- On www.allocab.com, log in then click on "payment", then on "add a card" and indicate the credit card number, expiry date, CVC/CCV (card verification number) and the name on the card.
Why does Adyen appear on my bank statement ?
Following a reservation, it is possible that your bank statement indicates the name of Adyen instead of Allocab. In some cases, you might see Adyen along with the name Allocab.
Typically, after two business days, the bank statement will update to show Allocab.

- Only the user of the service will be able to add his bank card given the confidentiality of the action |
- When adding a card, an amount of €1 pre-authorization is reserved on your card for verification purposes which will be systematically refunded after validation of the card |
