How do I change my information or update my profile?

You can change your personal information directly from your Allocab profile:

From the mobile app:

1. Open the main menu at the top left of your screen;
2. Click on "my account" and then on "edit" in the top right.

From the website:

1. Log in to your profile by clicking on "login" in the top right corner of www.allocab.com
2. Click on "My Information";
3. Change the information you want to update; 4- Save the changes made by clicking on "Save".

You can change the following information about your profile:

• Name 
• Given name
• Email address
• Phone number
